Return & Exchange Policy

At Epic Needs, all sales are final — we do not offer refunds. However, we do accept exchanges and offer store credit for eligible items.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Eligible damaged items will be replaced with the same item (at no additional cost). If you prefer to upgrade or exchange for a different item, you’ll be responsible for any price difference.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns on:

  • Gift cards



Exchanges

 

To ensure you get the item you want as quickly as possible, we recommend completing the exchange process by:

  1. Requesting a return for the item you have.

  2. Once approved, placing a new order for the replacement item.
